Privacy policy

In short: we only keep what the app needs to store your logbook. We never sell your data, show no ads and use no tracking. You can delete everything from inside the app at any time.

What we store

  • Your account: email address and how you sign in (Google, Apple or email).
  • Your profile: the details you enter, such as name, date and place of birth, authorization number and privileges.
  • Your logbook: the tasks you record.
  • Your files: the PDFs you add to your profile, such as licences and certificates.
  • Your subscription status: whether your subscription is active. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.

How we use it

Only to run the app: to sign you in, sync your logbook across your devices and create your exports. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking tools.

Where it's kept

Your data is stored with Google Firebase in the EU (Belgium). Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, together with Apple and Google. Your settings and exported files stay on your device.

Your choices

You can view and edit your data in the app, export it as PDF or Excel, and delete your account and all its data at any time.

This website

This website uses Google Analytics to see how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and the type of device used. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. The app itself doesn't use any analytics or tracking.
