Google Sign-In: When you choose to use Google Sign-In, we interact with Google's authentication services to verify your identity.
Google Sheets Export: If you use our Google Sheets export feature, we interact with Google's APIs to create and populate a spreadsheet in your Google Drive.
Google Play Billing: For Android users, for in-app purchases and subscriptions, we use Google Play's billing system. Google processes these transactions, and we receive information about your purchases to manage your account and provide access to paid features.
App Store Billing: For iOS users, for in-app purchases and subscriptions, we use Apple's App Store billing system. Apple processes these transactions, and we receive information about your purchases to manage your account and provide access to paid features.

If you wish to delete your data entirely, you may submit a request, and we will process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please note that deleting your data from our app does not affect any data you may have exported to Google Sheets.

7. Subscription Services and Payments

Our app requires a subscription to access its features. Subscription payments are processed through Google Play (for Android users) or Apple's App Store (for iOS users), and we do not directly handle or store your payment information. We only receive information about your subscription status from Google Play or Apple's App Store, not your payment details.

Platform-Specific Information

For Android Users:

Subscription status and management is handled through Google Play.

For iOS Users:

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple ID settings
Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your Account Settings after purchase
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as we cannot process refunds for App Store purchases

Payment processing through the App Store is governed by Apple's privacy policy and terms of service. We only receive information about your subscription status from Apple, not your payment details.

8. Google Sheets Integration

Our app offers an optional feature to export your task data to Google Sheets. If you choose to use this feature:

We will request access to your Google account using OAuth 2.0.
We will only access the necessary permissions to create and edit spreadsheets in your Google Drive.
We do not store your Google account credentials.
The exported data will be subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
You can revoke our app's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.

9. Google User Data Retention and Deletion

When you use our Google Sheets export feature, we temporarily process your Google user data to facilitate the export. Here's how we handle this data:

Retention: We do not store or retain any Google user data on our servers beyond the time necessary to complete the export process. Once the export is complete, all Google user data is immediately and automatically deleted from our systems.
Deletion: Since we do not retain Google user data, there is no need for a separate deletion process on our end. However, you can manage the data exported to your Google Sheets through your Google account:
- You can delete the exported spreadsheets directly from your Google Drive.
- You can revoke our app's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings. This will prevent any future exports and remove our app's ability to interact with your Google account.
Data in Google Sheets: Please note that any data exported to Google Sheets is subject to Google's data retention and deletion policies. For information on how to manage or delete this data, please refer to Google's privacy policy and data deletion instructions.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
