Features

Every feature of Experience Logbook

A complete tour of the app: how you log tasks, find them again, and turn them into a logbook you can sign.

Log tasks fast

The New Task form mirrors the columns of a maintenance experience logbook, so nothing is missing when you export.

  • Smart prefill: location, aircraft type, privilege and type of maintenance carry over from your most recent task, and the date defaults to today
  • Airport search by ICAO code, e.g. LGAV – Athens International, Athens
  • Aircraft search across manufacturers and models for consistent type names
  • Engine/component type, registration or component S/N, ATA chapter, time in hours
  • Operation performed and remarks up to 400 characters each; maintenance record reference
  • Tap-to-select chips for task types and activity types; a dropdown for privilege used
  • Edit or delete any entry later

Your logbook, organised

All your tasks on one list, ready whenever an inspector, instructor or employer asks.

  • Cards show date, registration, station, operation performed, ATA chapter and remarks at a glance
  • Search across every field: registration, AMM reference, work order, remarks…
  • Sort newest or oldest first
  • Open a task to see all details, then swipe to the next or previous entry
  • A dashboard chart of tasks per month for the last 12 months

Filters for every field

Pull out exactly the experience you need, e.g. everything on one type, at one station, in one year.

  • Date range picker
  • Multi-select filters for location, aircraft type, task types, type of maintenance, privilege used and activity types, built from the values in your own logbook
  • Text filters for engine/component type, registration/S/N, ATA chapter, operation performed, time, record reference and remarks
  • Combine filters with search; the filter icon shows how many are active
  • One tap to clear everything

Export to EASA, FAA or Excel

When you need a printed record, the app builds it for you.

  • EASA-style PDF and FAA-style PDF: A4 landscape, 14 numbered columns, sorted by date
  • Task type and activity type columns with a tick for each code
  • Your name in the header and a date and signature block in the footer of every page, with a declaration that the entries are complete and true
  • Excel (.xlsx) with one column per field
  • If filters or search are active, choose to export all tasks or just the filtered ones
  • Files are saved to the Files app on iPhone/iPad and to Downloads on Android

Tools for the line

Reference tools you'd otherwise look up on another device.

  • MEL calculator: due dates for categories A (custom days), B (3), C (10) and D (120)
  • Airports: searchable reference with ICAO code, name, city, country and time zone
  • Aircraft: list of types grouped by manufacturer
